The accommodation is intended as a vacation or as a long term rental. It means that there may be no disturbance or inconvenience for neighborhood residents. You should keep this in mind, among other things you are not allowed to naked or topless sunbathing /holding events/ partying and other gatherings where more than the number of booked people will be present. In cause of doubt, consult the landlord and/or the administrator.

We have a car available that you can use during your holiday or stay. The costs are nafl. 60,- per day with a deposit of nafl. 300.00. There is also a possibility for pick-up and bring service.

If you agree with our offer and you want to reserve the accommodation, you will need to make your reservation final, transfer 50% of the total amount as soon as possible. The full amount must be paid 14 days before arrival. The deposit is nafl. 300,-per stay, with every payment you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If cancelled up to 4 weeks before the day of your scheduled arrival you will be charged 50% of the total rent. If canceled from 4 weeks to the date of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 100% of the rent. When changing your reservation or replacement of a tenant, nafl. 200,- administration fee will be charged.

Once a week we provide cleaning service and a clean linen-and towel set during your stay.

Electricity goes through a prepaid systeem. You pay your electricity in advance with a voucher that we have available for you.
